Enjoy canapés and sparkling on arrival before settling in for a finely curated three course dinner. Each course is paired with a structured tasting flight, showcasing Rieslings from youthful vibrancy through to museum release depth, followed by a final Pinot Noir flight with the cheese course.

- For seated events you must request if there is another party you wish to be seated with, at your earliest possible convenience. Please provide the name under which their booking was made.
- Dietary Requirements: We can accommodate food allergies, (not preferences) but we do require advance notice so our chef can prepare. The sooner you can let us know, the better!

Booking and cancellations:
- Booking Confirmation: Full prepayment is required to confirm all reservations.
- No Refunds within 7 Days of Event Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including change of mind, illness, or inability to attend.
- Cancellations Made Before 7 Days Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing fees.
- No-Show Policy Guests who do not attend the event without prior cancellation will forfeit the full booking amount. No credits or vouchers will be issued.
- Event Cancellation by Frasers Restaurant In the unlikely event Frasers Restaurant cancels the event, guests will receive a full refund.
- Acceptance of Terms By completing payment, guests acknowledge and accept the terms.
