57% Grüner Veltliner, 33% Gewürztraminer and 10% Riesling
An aromatic white blend named after the prevailing summer breeze which shapes our wines.
All estate fruit. Varieties picked and processed separately. Cool ferment in stainless steel tank with inoculated yeast. Co-fermented Grüner and Gewürz, Riesling blended in post-ferment to balance. Short maturation before bottling to preserve freshness.
Pale lemon colour, hint of green. Gewürtztraminer showing off on the nose with prominent musk and florals leaping from the glass, with a subtle backing of lemon zest and seaspray. The palate opens bright and supple. The three varieties working in unison; Grüner providing weight and spice, Gewürtz is bringing full flavours of lychee and musk, while Riesling keeps everyone fresh with it’s acidity and citrus touch. There’s a moreish chewy pith texture on the finish, complimenting a fresh spicey finish.
A fun blend providing immediate enjoyment.

CELLARING POTENTIAL
Although all varieties in this blend have to ability to age gracefully in the cellar, the aromatic nature of this wine leads more into immediate enjoyment.
