92 Points “Named after the lookout on the side of the actual Castle Rock, the fruit is a blend from all of the estate blocks. Some pressings are included in this wine. Fermentation is in stainless steel. The colour is a near invisible, green/yellow. The nose gives us notes of minerals, florals and citrus, with the backing of river stones. We have a mix of dry herbs and garden fresh, as well. A lovely young Riesling, clean and fresh with a crisp, dry finish with decent length.
