Tasting Notes
Colour: A light straw colour.
Mousse: The wine has a fine delicate bead which lasts well in the glass.
Palate: A generous mouthfeel and creamy midpalate is lifted and freshened by the fine bead. The extended lees contact provides a rich complexity which runs the length of the palate. The tight structure and fine acidity give drive and freshness to the wine, providing that perfect balance between flavour, complexity and lingering freshness.
