We make a small amount of Sauvignon Blanc each vintage. This is a complex Sauvignon Blanc that shows fresh and zesty fruit characters which have been complemented by the inclusion of juice solids and partial barrel fermentation.
It’s a fresh and vibrant wine, in keeping with its varietal characteristics, however with its partial barrel fermentation it has greater texture and depth of flavour, it makes an ideal aperitif, or match with grilled fish and chips.
