95 Points “A truly stunning wine with a retail of $21. The Skywalk is more expressive in terms of aromatics than the Estate release and may not quite have the longevity but makes up for it in instant appeal which sees a nose of citrus blossom layered amongst lemon and lime. The palate has flow and elegance with a backdrop of Meyer lemon and just enough fruit sweetness to round the minerally acidity . The finish has length of lime intermingled with cut white flowers.”The Wine Reviewer, Patrick Eckel, Oct 2021

93 Points “This is a wine that is always an impressive performer and represents top value for the asking price. Pretty scents of white flowers diffuse. Old school lemonade surges with a green apple drive. So fresh, there is a hint of cucumber in the midst too. Soft, talc feels roll out to a long and refreshing finish. Chill and chug on a hot day.” Qwine, Sept 2021

91 Points “Lemon-green in colour, offering an enticing mix of limey citrus and fresh earth with a delicate floral lift. The palate is chiselled with a thirst-quenching salinity. There’s an undertow of power running through that carries the flavours on.” The Real Review, Gabrielle Poy

90 Points “The Skywalk is a relatively new addition to Rob Diletti’s Castle Rock range. It’s supposed to be a little less serious than the Estate, although many wineries would love this to be their top wine. Rob’s got a way with riesling which is certainly on display here. Watery white in colour, the aromas are pristine and precise. Just ripe limes, a touch of spice plus a distinctive almost salty mineral character – loads of complexity for a wine at this price. The palate is then dry and light weight, layers of citrus flavours with a touch of tropical peach skin providing depth for early drinking before a lingering finish. If you are looking for a dependable mid-week riesling you won’t find better than this.” Winepilot, Angus Hughson

“A little shy to begin with but soon opened up and showed freshness and good aromatics of citrus, a little musky and floral too. That freshness is repeated on the palate with rich flavours of lemons and limes, lemon sherbet like characters, mouth-watering acidity and it finishes long and dry. This is lovely Riesling and great value for money.” Words from a Wineglass, Sept 2021

“This wine, whilst still very young and vibrant, already delivers a thrust of primary characteristics of grapefruit, musk and straw. The zesty natural acid supports the primacy of the fruit. It is slightly more phenolic than its siblings due to the free-run juice closer to the skins This imparts mid-palate rounded savouriness, flavour and grip. It is a very enjoyable drop now but will reward some cellaring.” The Grape Hunter, Gilbert Labour, Aug 2021
